CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE | FULL-TIME & PART-TIME | MACON, MO
 
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our Call Center team in both full-time and part-time positions. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to customers through various channels such as telephone, internet banking, and chat features. Your primary duties will include handling customer inquiries regarding account maintenance, balance transfers, stop payments, and statement requests in a professional and efficient manner.
 

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Some customer service experience required preferable over the phone and in the financial industry.
